We selected only the finest grapes from the Carneros region, which is a classic maritime terroir with dense, shallow, high-clay soils. After night harvesting, the grapes are cold soaked for three days. Punch-downs and pump-overs are used to get the best flavor and color possible. After fermentation, the juice is carefully pressed, racked into barrels, and finally undergoes malolactic fermentation for softness and complexity.
