The Bloody Mark

The Bloody Mark cocktail recipe from Mark West Wines

7 oz tomato juice

3 oz Mark West Pinot Noir

2 oz Vodka

¼ of a lemon juice

3 shakes of Worcestershire sauce

4-6 drops hot sauce

1 tsp horseradish

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp salt

½ tsp of celery salt

celery stalk for garnish


  1. Rub lemon or lime around rim of glass and then put the rim in margarita salt.
  2. Add ice to glass.
  3. Mix vodka, tomato juice, Pinot Noir, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, pepper, celery salt, and horseradish and pour in glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon or lime, olives, and a celery stalk.
