4 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 lime, juiced
½ cup red onion
2 plum tomatoes, diced
1 cup cilantro, chopped
4 serrano chili peppers, seeded and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Blue corn chips

DIRECTIONS



1 In a bowl, combine avocados and lime juice and mash with a fork.

2 Stir in red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, serrano chili peppers, and salt and pepper.

3 Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
