Jalapeno Lime Shrimp Image

JALAPEÑO LIME SHRIMP

1 ½ pounds large peeled shrimp
1 jar whole pickled jalapeños,
7 oz ¼ cup pickling liquid
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
¼ tsp salt



1. Boil shrimp until done.


2. Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise.

3. Place peppers in a large bowl with the shrimp.

4. Toss with the pickling liquid, lime juice, cilantro and salt.

5. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 day ahead.
