JALAPEÑO LIME SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS


1 ½ pounds large peeled shrimp
1 jar whole pickled jalapeños,
7 oz ¼ cup pickling liquid
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
¼ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS



1 Boil shrimp until done.


2 Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise.

3 Place peppers in a large bowl with the shrimp.

4 Toss with the pickling liquid, lime juice, cilantro and salt.

5 Cover and refrigerate up to 1 day ahead.
