INGREDIENTS


3 romaine lettuce hearts
2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS



1 Preheat the grill to medium-hot heat.

2 Cut romaine hearts in half, length wise.

3 Brush 1 tablespoon of olive oil over romaine hearts.

4 Place romaine on the grill and cook until lightly charred, about 2 minutes on each side.

5 In a small bowl combine balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon olive oil and stir.

6 Place grilled romaine hearts cut side up on the plate and drizzle with balsamic dressing.

7 Sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and season with salt and pepper.
