GRILLED CORN ON THE COB WITH WHIPPED BASIL BUTTER

INGREDIENTS



1 stick butter, softened
1 cup basil, finely chopped
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
6 ears corn, shucked
1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS



1 In a small bowl add butter and, using an electric hand mixer, beat for 1-2 minutes until butter is light and fluffy. Add chopped basil and beat until combined. Set aside.

2 Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350°F).

3 Brush corn cobs with oil and sprinkle with salt.

4 Place cobs on grill and close lid. Rotate frequently. Grill for 8-12 minutes being careful not to overcook.

5 Remove cobs from grill and generously spread on whipped butter.

6 Serve immediately.
