INGREDIENTS


1 lb. white fish (such as tilapia or cod)
1 mango, diced
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Corn tortillas

DIRECTIONS


1Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2Season the white fish with salt and pepper.

3 Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

4Remove the fish from the grill and let it cool slightly.

5 Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in the microwave.

6 Assemble the tacos by placing a few pieces of grilled fish on each tortilla.

7 Top the fish with your preferred amounts of mango, goat cheese, cilantro and diced red onion.

8Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos before serving.

9 Enjoy your delicious fish tacos!
