FISH TACOS

1 lb. white fish (such as tilapia or cod)
1 mango, diced
1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 lime, juiced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Corn tortillas



1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season the white fish with salt and pepper.

3. Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

4.Remove the fish from the grill and let it cool slightly.

5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in the microwave.

6. Assemble the tacos by placing a few pieces of grilled fish on each tortilla.

7. Top the fish with your preferred amounts of mango, goat cheese, cilantro and diced red onion.

8. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos before serving.

9. Enjoy your delicious fish tacos!
